Hosanna Ministries/Family 360, Inc. Counseling Services (hereafter “Fam360”) is a private counseling agency accredited by CARF International. We offer a variety of services to assist individuals and families. through their most difficult and challenging times.  Hosanna Ministries, Inc. is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting any personal information you may share with us.  This may include any information that identifies you such as your name, address, telephone number, social security number, etc., and any information you may share during the course of using our services.


The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the types of personal information Hosanna Ministries, Inc. may collect from you when you visit our website, how we use that information, the choices you have regarding its use, and your ability to review and correct such information. Hosanna Ministries, Inc. may change this policy from time to time to reflect changes made on its website.  The changes will be posted here so that you can stay informed of the latest changes to the types of information we gather, how we might use the information, and whether we will disclose that information to anyone. This policy applies only to your use of the site and the services owned or operated by Hosanna Ministries, Inc. and to users accessing our website from the United States.  Therefore, this policy does not apply to your use of unaffiliated or third party sites to which Hosanna Ministries, Inc. may link. This policy covers only information collected on www.Family360Center.com and does not cover any information collected offline by us.
